Livestock Truck Accidents Cause Serious Injuries, Death | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

My colleague John C., in his latest post to the Greenville, OBX & Rocky Mount, North Carolina (NC) Injuryboard takes a serious look at a traffic accident many people could be tempted to treat lightly. The incident involved a livestock truck that failed to slow down when approaching an SUV, injuries to both drivers and the premature deaths of nearly three dozen cows on their way to the slaughterhouse. John notes that hundreds of fatal semi, 18-wheeler and tractor-trailer accidents occur each year because the commercial truck drivers operate their vehicles in unsafe ways.
