Lynchburg Wreck on Harrison Street Leads to Injuries | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened:

The driver of an SUV was injured when a car slammed into the SUV at the intersection of 7th Street and Harrison Street in Lynchburg, Virginia (VA). The car reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and t-boned the SUV, according to wset.com.

The SUV’s driver had to be taken  o Lynchburg General Hospital. The driver of the car was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign.

The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The injured driver of the SUV should speak to a Virginia personal injury lawyer to discuss their legal options. Since it appears the car driver was negligent when they didn’t stop at the stop sign, the SUV driver probably has grounds to seek restitution through a personal injury claim.
