In his latest post to our firm’s VA-NC Wrongful Death Lawyers blog, my colleague John C. shares his sympathies with the family and friends of a young parking enforcement officer who died when the scooter on which he was riding was crashed into by a SUV. John notes that the SUV driver faces a charge of failing to yield right-of-way while turning left and that if the charge remains in place, the at-fault driver could face a claim for causing a wrongful death.
