More Charges Pending in Fatal N.C. 58 Car Crash | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

A fatal car crash on N.C. 58 in Cape Carteret, North Carolina (NC), may result in more charges for the 21-year-old driver of a 2002 Mitsubishi. The driver reportedly pulled out in front of an oncoming car and his passenger died as a result of the severe injuries she sustained in the collision and when the vehicle overturned.

The driver of the Honda Accord involved in the wreck and his wife received treatment for minor injuries at the scene of the accident while the driver of the Mitsubishi and his girlfriend had to be taken to the hospital. According to the Daily News of Jacksonville, NC, the driver of the Mitsubishi has already been charged with failure to yield.
