The Virginia Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

Though the number of people injured has not been released we wish the victims and driver of the SUV a quick recovery. The Virginia (VA) Motor Vehicle Code states the definition of reckless driving as “Irrespective of the maximum speeds permitted by law, any person who drives a vehicle on any highway recklessly or at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger the life, limb, or property of any person shall be guilty of reckless driving.”  Reckless driving accidents are usually the most devastating accidents, and when multiple vehicles are involved it only escalates. Multi-car accidents can become extremely complicated, especially if you have legitimate claims against multiple insurance companies. That is why it is important to speak with personal injury lawyer to protect your rights as a victim. Obtaining the services of a proficient Virginia Beach personal injury lawyer can make the difference between receiving adequate compensation for your injuries or a low balled offer from the insurance company.
