My colleague Rick Shapiro has written a pst for our firm’s Norfolk, Portsmouth & Hampton Injuryboard blog site about the Norfolk City Council considering installing red light enforcement cameras at eight intersections across the city. If the plan comes to fruition, Norfolk would join Virginia Beach,Chesapeake and Newport News as Hampton Roads, VA, localities with the devices.
