My colleague John C. has written a new article for our firm’s North Carolina Injuryboard site about a change in that state’s wrongful death laws in the wake of the killing of a young mother and her unborn child. North Carolina has now become one of 36 U.S. states that classifies the unlawful killing of an unborn child as a homicide.
