We hope all that were injured make a speedy and complete recovery.  Our thoughts also go out to the family of the deceased.   It is a terrible tragedy when someone loses their life and when so many are injured following an accident that could have been prevented.  It is impossible to know what may have caused the deceased to cross the center line, causing this tragic accident.

While this is a difficult time for those injured, it may be even more difficult for them to consider filing a claim for the injuries they suffered, both physical and monetary.  However, it is possible to do so against the estate of a deceased person.  While this may be a difficult process, the victims may wish to contact an experienced North Carolina personal injury attorney to discuss their options and begin the process of filing a potential personal injury claim.
