According to Virginia Beach police, a 61 year-old man was driving a 1976 Corvette that crossed the yellow line into oncoming traffic. It slammed into a van, killing the Corvette driver. Both people in the van were taken to a hospital for minor injuries and released.
The crash occurred near General Booth Boulevard. The crash is still being investigated.
