The Virginia Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

In most hit and run cases victims are often left with a lot of questions on where to start. It might be a common thought that since there is no one to hold accountable that all responsibility to pay for medical and recovery bills must come from the victim, however this is not the case. A pedestrian involved in a hit and run can utilize their uninsured/under insured motorist insurance, which provides coverage for hit and run accidents. Contacting a Virginia (VA) personal injury lawyer can give the victim insight on how to handle the accident and pursuing a claim.
