Pedestrian in North Carolina Killed By State Trooper’s Car | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened:

A North Carolina Highway patrolman was driving north on NC 242 near Salemburg when his cruiser slammed into an 80 year-old man who was crossing the street.

The highway patrolman will be kept on administrative duty pending the completion of the investigation of the accident. No charges have been filed at this time, according to Hamptonroads.com.
