Pedestrian Killed in Moyock, NC Hit-and-Run Accident | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

A 20-year-old out walking on Puddin Ridge Road in Moyock North Carolina (NC), at dawn on June 23, 2012, lost his life when struck by a hit-and-run driver. Police continue searching for the person behind the wheel of the vehicle.

According to WAVY-TV 10, the victim was best friends with another young man who also lost his life in a pedestrian accident on Puddin Ridge Road. The earlier deadly crash occurred in January 2012. Authorities  have no leads in the most-recent accident. They are asking any witnesses or people with information to call the North Carolina Highway Patrol at 252-441-7341.
