The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Pedestrians are very vulnerable when walking near cars, especially if the cars are traveling at high speeds. It was not reported why this individual was not in a car or truck when the accident occurred or how he was struck by more than one vehicle in the crash. What is clear is that his family members have suffered a horrible loss, and they may be entitled to compensation to assist with the financial issues that accompany a wrongful death such as this one.
