In his latest post to our firm’s Virginia Beach Injuryboard site, my colleague John C. highlights the dangers of injury and death posed by personal watercraft such as Jet Skis, Sea-Doos and WaveRunners. John notes that while Virginia (VA) requires PWC owners to complete safety training, many young children and untrained adults ply the Chesapeake Bay, Virginia Beach Oceanfront and Hampton Roads’ lakes and rivers on rented or borrowed personal watercraft.
