The West Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The driver and passengers in the Windstar van may have grounds to pursue a personal injury claim against the driver of the pickup truck. The reports do not state what exactly caused the truck driver to suddenly veer into the opposite lane of traffic, but if it was caused by negligent conduct, then the victims would have the ability to seek restitution through a civil action.
