Positive Train Control Cited by NTSB as Way to Prevent Fatal Train Crashes

In his latest post to our firm’s Railroad Accident/FELA Lawyer Blog my colleague Rick Shapiro highlights findings from a federal investigation into a train collision that left an engineer and conductor dead. Investigators concluded that better scheduling and adoption of positive train control could keep such accidents from occurring.
