The Virginia Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

The tractor-trailer driver should have seen the other vehicles on the interstate shoulder and moved over into the left lane. At the very least, the large commercial truck should have slowed down.

If it is proved that the tractor-trailer operator endangered the man’s life, who would he need to take to court to receive sompensation? As Virginia truck accident injury attorneys, we know that the tractor, the trailer and the driver may all have separate insurance policies.
