Repeat Drunk Driver Taken Off Virginia Beach Roads | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

My colleague Randy Appleton highlights the conviction of a repeat drunk driver in his latest post to the Virginia Beach Injuryboard. The case involved a former sheriff’s deputy who badly injured another driver and passenger in a head-on collision on Birdneck Road. Randy notes that in 2008, 234 people died on Virginia’s streets and highways after being involved in accidents where one or more driver was drunk.
