Separate Accidents on Route 199 in West Virginia Injure Four | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

March 21, 2012, was a busy day for EMS workers and police along Route 119 in West Virginia (WV).

Two traffic accidents sent four people to the hospital with injuries. The first wreck involved a truck that rolled over numerous times shortly after noon in Boone County, WV. Both the driver and the passenger in the truck were injured. At nearly the same time on a different stretch of Route 119 in Charleston, two cars collided and two people were taken to the hospital.

It is unclear what caused either crash, but it is fairly certain that the passenger in the single-vehicle accident is due compensation for his or her injuries. Once fault is determined in the two-car accident, any passengers and the driver of the car who was not at fault could also be entitled to damages for their injuries.

All innocent parties should contact a West Virginia personal injury attorney to determine what legal actions may need to be taken. This free guide answers many questions that arise after an accident caues injuries.
