Our deepest sympathies go out to the Aguruso family. Losing someone you love is always heartbreaking, but the agony is made that much worse when you lose a loved one in a sudden, preventable accident.
This accident illustrates the devastating consequences of accidents involving motorcycle riders and passengers. May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month, and this Chesapeake motorcycle accident should encourage all motorcycle enthusiasts to exercise extreme caution when they are on the roads. If the motor bike rider or passenger is hurt in an accident that was not their fault, they should consult with an attorney to ensure they receive proper compensation.
