In the case of a car wreck where multiple injuries occur, contacting an attorney should be a priority for the injured parties. If the victims are severely injured and end up missing lengthy times of work, they may be able to pursue damages through an injury claim. Medical bills and trauma associated with the crash are also potentially compensable if an injury claim is filed.
