Staunton, Virginia Car Crash Kills One | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened:

A car near Staunton, Virginia was driving on Patterson Mill Road near New Hope, when the driver lost control. It plunged down a steep embankment and smashed into several trees.

The passenger in the car, Jacob Wonderley, died, and the driver was taken to the University of Virginia Medical Center. Neither man wore his seat belt. Charges are pending, according to the Virginia State Police.
