The Virginia Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

Fortunately, the teenage victim suffered only minor injuries. We hope he makes a full recovery.

As experienced personal injury attorneys in Virginia, it is unthinkable to us that someone could hit a bicyclist, then leave the scene of the accident. It is not known at this time of the driver of the car was engaging in any type of reckless behavior that caused the collision, but the running away raises suspicions.
