In her latest post to our firm’s Norfolk Injuryboard blog, my colleague Emily Mapp Brannon shares the sad news that a young man from Chesapeake died after being struck while attempting cross from one side of I-264 to the other. The pickup driver involved in the deadly crash was not charged with any traffic violations. Still, Emily stresses, the accident shows the need for all car and truck drivers to be watching out for people on foot in the roadway and along the side of the street.
