When two pickup trucks collided at the intersection of Highway 25/70 and Jupiter Road in Weaverville, North Carolina (NC). on March 2, 2012, a 14-year-old passenger in one of the vehicles lost her life. Police believe the driver of the pickup truck in which the victim was riding pulled out into the path of the other truck.
Charges are being considered, but the investigation is ongoing.
