Three Car Wreck in Lynchburg Injures One

What Happened:

A man was driving west on Atlanta Avenue in Lynchburg, Virginia when he appeared to suffer some type of medical issue. He lost control of his car and smashed into another car head on. A third vehicle was also involved in the crash. The driver of the second car was taken to the hospital for unknown injuries.
