The drivers of the truck and the Kia were taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. The driver of the Honda was taken to Rowan Regional Medical Center.

We do not know what caused the driver of the Bronco to caused the accident. It is possible he was distracted or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Perhaps his truck experienced a mechanical problem. Police are investigating.

The injured individuals in the Kia and Honda should consider speaking to a personal injury lawyer in North Carolina to discuss their legal options. Even though the Bronco only directly hit the Kia, the woman in the Honda may still have a legal claim based on proximate cause. This is an event that was sufficiently related to a legally recognizable injury as to be categorized as the cause of that injury.
