What Happened:

According to a local ABC station in North Carolina, police officers in Spring Lake, NC responded to a wreck Monday afternoon after a pick-up truck smashed into a Pizza Hut.

The Pizza Hut is located in the 1100 block of Bragg Boulevard. Police say before smashing into the restaurant, two vehicles first collided with one another, forcing the pick-up to hit the building. One car was headed north and the truck was going south when the accident occurred.

The driver of the truck was taken to Cape Fear Medical Center due to injuries and the Pizza Hut has since been closed for repairs. Police have not said whether charges will be filed, only that the investigation into the accident continues.
