The Virginia Personal Injury Lawyers’ Perspective

No details on why the van crossed the median and into the path of oncoming vehicles were immediately available. As Virginia personal injury attorneys who have represented many victims of wrong-way and head-on collisions, however, we know that such crashes can result from drunk and drugged driving, falling asleep at the wheel, medical emergencies, excessive speed and distractions.

Investigators will have to look into each of those scenarios. Regardless of what they find, the outcome of the accident will remain a loss of life and serious injuries. We send our condolences to the deceased man’s friends and family, along with our wishes for speedy recoveries for the people hurt.
