Speculation on causes is fruitless, but as a Virginia Beach-based personal injury attorney I do know that whether the crash resulted from sun-blindness, distraction, simply failure to yield right of way while making a turn or some other cause, any person whose negligence or inattention did not contribute to the crash could have a legitimate claim against the at-fault driver. Once they have recovered enough to do so, the victims of this accident should contact lawyers to discuss their legal options for receiving adequate compensation for their medical expenses and other financial losses.
