My colleague Rick Shapiro has written a new post for our firm’s VA/NC Wrongful Death Lawyers blog site about a settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit brought against Virginia Tech, The Commonwealth of Virginia, acting on behalf of the university, has agree to pay $250,000 to the family of a student who committed suicide. The family said Virginia Tech officials failed to follow protocols for ensuring timely mental health care services.
