Our deepest sympathies go out to the victim’s family. It is never easy losing a loved one, but the pain is made even worse when the loved one is taken in an accident that appears could have been prevented if another party was not careless in their actions.

The victim’s family should consider speaking with a personal injury attorney to discuss any legal action that they may be able to pursue. With the pending charges against the pickup truck driver, the family may be able to pursue damages for negligence against the driver.
