Woman Injured in I-77 Accident in West Virginia | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

A vehicle breakdown appears to have set the stage for a two-car accident I-77 in Mineral Wells, West Virginia (WV), that left one woman with serious injuries. When a woman’s car slowed down and stopped on the interstate, according to the Parkersburg News and Sentinel, another car’s driver failed to avoid the stalled car and crashed into her from behind.

The injured woman was taken to Camden Clark Medical Center, where it was determined that she suffered from multiple fractures and internal injuries. She was then transferred to West Virginia University Hospital in Morgantown for advanced treatment.
