Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

It is our hope that there are no serious injuries in this case. It is not yet known if speed was a factor in this accident, but all injured parties should speak with a Virginia personal injury lawyer. The driver who is found to be at fault could be held liable for any injuries that were caused in the crash. Note that even if a driver is convicted in a court of law for a violation of traffic laws, this does not mean that the driver cannot be sued for civil damages.
