Wrecker Operator Killed by Tractor-Trailer on Rural Virginia Highway | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In his latest post to our firm’s Virginia Trucking Accident/Injury Blog, my colleague Randy Appleton reports on an accident in which a tractor-trailer driver struck and killed a tow truck operator who was assisting a second trucker near the junction of VA 130 and U.S. 501. Randy notes that Virginia law requires all drivers to slow down or change lanes when approaching a working wrecker.
