We wish Payne a speedy recovery for his severe injuries. Although the cause of the accident has not been reported, it is important for everyone to take extra caution on the roadways during the winter and in inclement weather. Always maintain your car or truck with regularly scheduled visits to the mechanic to make sure that your vehicle is working properly. Drive more carefully than you might in good weather with clear conditions. These are a few simple reminders that can make dramatic differences on the road.

Head and spinal cord injuries are some of the most devastating types that a person can suffer in an accident. They can dramatically alter an individual’s ability to complete daily tasks they once did with ease. If you suffer these types of injuries as the result of an accident in WV or VA, you may have a case. Contact a qualified injury attorney to evaluate your claim as soon as you are able.
