What Happened
Our client suffered a fractured kneecap and multiple serious cuts and bruises when a truck driver turned left in from of his minivan in Virginia Beach. The official crash report showed conclusively that that the truck driver failed to yield right of way before turning.
Repairing the fractured kneecap required major surgery and the implantation of a great deal of hardware. Our client then missed a significant amount of work from his job as an auto mechanic due to pain, rehabilitation and follow-up surgeries.
