The benefit to the client is that they will not have to spend any money to pursue an injury lawsuit. Not only do they not have to pay an upfront attorney fee, but they also do not have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses that may be required to file the lawsuit. Since many of our clients have a claim of lost wages from being unable to work because of their injuries, this financial strain will not hamper their ability to file a lawsuit.
