My colleague wrote about a recent lawsuit filed against the drug manufacturer Johnson & Johnson (J&J). The lawsuit alleges that J&J violated FDA laws by improperly marketing the drug Risperdal as a treatment for dementia when it was only certified as an antipsychotic.
