Rick Shapiro recently published an article in the Legal Examiner about what he’s learned while representing individuals, many of whom are railroad workers, who have been stricken with lung cancer. Some of Rick’s clients have even been diagnosed with mesothelioma, a horrific form of cancer with no known cure.
In the article, Rick talks about how amazed he is at the strength and courage of his clients who face the day with a positive attitude and don’t complain about battling a horiffic disease that may have been caused by the negligence or conscious disregard of their employer.
