Attorney Examines Number of Pedestrian Deaths in Various States
Posted on Mar 03, 2010My colleague wrote about the high number of pedestrians seriously injured or killed in Florida. Roughly 11 percent of pedestrian accident deaths and 17 percent of bike rider deaths occur in Florida. Some cities in the Sunshine State are taking action by adding more crosswalk zone, bike paths, and improving educational programs about pedestrian safety. I think a nationwide effort should be initiated emphasizing crosswalks, bike paths, etc. To learn more, check out the article.
