John Cooper returned to his hometown of Norfolk, Virginia in 1988 after law school at the University of Virginia. Since his clerkship with federal judge Rebecca B. Smith, now chief chief judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division, John’s law practice has emphasized personal injury litigation.
John is married and has three children.
