When an accident is described as a rear-ender, the connotation is that the crash was a minor incident. That is not always the case. Many times, a rear-end collision leaves people in the struck vehicle with serious injuries and needing months, if not years, of expensive medical care and rehabilitation services.

We have helped many clients who have been injured in car accidents where they were rear-ended. These types of accidents cannot be taken lightly. Unfortunately, until drivers start paying more attention or stop following too closely, crashes like this will continue to happen.
