Kenly, North Carolina (NC) Man Dies in Two Vehicle Crash on I-95 Near Rocky Mount

My lawyer colleague Jim Lewis posted an Injuryboard report discussing a car accident case reported by WTVD-TV Eyewitness News, about a Kenly, North Carolina (NC) man killed  Sunday morning, March 1st, 2009, in a two vehicle crash on Interstate 95 near Rocky Mount, North Carolina(NC).  James Eddie Tyson Jr., 30, died when his Chevy Lumina he was driving ran into the back of a tractor trailer on Northbound I-95, between the towns of Kenly and Micro, North Carolina(NC).
