Railroads Need to Reinvest Profits in Safety Efforts | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In his latest post to our form’s Railroad Injury/FELA Lawyers Blog, my colleague John C. takes note of the large 2010 profits reported by national freight rail companies, including CSX and Norfolk Southern. John calls on the railroads to dedicate large portions of their profits to protecting their employees and members of the public by, for instance, improving private crossings and installing positive train control technology.
