Two are injured and one is dead after a teen driver chose to drive drunk in the Pungo section of Virginia Beach, VA. The 19-year-old lost control of his SUV, ran off road and hit a tree. He was later charged with driving under the influence, voluntary manslaughter, illegal possession of alcohol and possession of an identification belonging to another person.
