Our deepest sympathies go out to the family of the motorcycle passenger, 21-year old Janalee McGrane of Capon Bridge, West Virginia (WV). They may have a claim against the cycle operator for being reckless and negligent in running from police. They may want to speak with an experienced Virginia wrongful death attorney

Those injured in the minivan may also want to file personal injury claims to recover monetary damages for physical, emotional and financial harms. Even though the person at fault for causing the accident is deceased, recovery from the man’s insurance and estate may be possible.
