SC Moped Rider Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident on I-26 | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

Officers from the South Carolina Highway Patrol have arrested and charged a suspect in connection with a hit-and-run accident on I-26 in Columbia, SC, that left a 31-year-old moped rider dead. According to The State, the alleged at-fault driver is being held on a felony charge of leaving the scene with a death involved after causing the deadly wreck near the Bush River Road exit at around 4 am on January 22, 2012.
