As Carolina wrongful death attorneys who have represented many families who lost loved ones to the negligent and irresponsible actions of others, we offer our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the victim of this hit-and-run moped crash. We also know that if the man currently charged with running down the deceased woman is found guilty of a crime, he can and should also be held liable in civil court for the loss he inflicted.

A family is now without a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and wife. While no amount of money can ever replace those bonds, holding the drver who abruptly severed those relationships accountable can provide some sense of justice and closure.
