A man, woman and young child fled on foot after their car slammed into a pickup truck in Richmond, Virginia (VA). The three people left the elderly pickup driver with fatal injuries.
Richmond Police responded to the hit-and-run collision at the intersection of Maury Street and Perdue Avenue just before 7 pm on February 17, 2018.
